T.W. Frierson delivered this state of the art 658,000 square foot advanced manufacturing facility within 14 months. The facility is situated on 150 acres and features an on-site showroom and in-house research and development to keep Wonder at the top of the production field with their proprietary technology.
This advanced manufacturing plant allows Wonder the capability to produce glazed porcelain, technical color body, rectified, polished, and large format tile, and allow them to introduce advanced manufacturing capabilities and proprietary production processes that have not been previously utilized in domestic tile production.
A 214,700 square foot warehouse and a 20,500 square foot adjacent office complete the facility. T.W. Frierson Contractor, Inc. is utilized self-performance capabilities, and completed the concrete tilt-up panels with our own personnel.

Project Size
Approximately a year after production began, Wonder Porcelain was ready to expand their operations facility. This new project consisted of a 351,560 square foot warehouse addition with 20 shipping docks, a 6,727 square foot finished pallet parking area, and a scrapped tile crushing area. The project was completed in 9 months.
