T.W. Frierson partnered with DCi to deliver a 54,000 square foot pre-engineered metal warehouse for OHM Distribution. The facility is designed to efficiently store, handle, and display large granite slabs, supporting the company’s expanding distribution operations in the region.
Constructed with a Butler pre-engineered metal building system featuring metal roofing and siding, the structure integrates two overhead cranes and a transfer cart system to streamline material handling and loading operations. The design prioritizes durability, functionality, and worker safety, ensuring smooth movement of heavy stone materials throughout the space.
By combining precision engineering with efficient construction methods, T.W. Frierson provided OHM with a modern, purpose-built facility optimized for both storage and display functions within their supply chain.
