Located within the Highlands Business Park, this new facility was developed to support Colorobbia’s first U.S. operation. Colorobbia is an Italian-based manufacturer of glazes, frits, and inks for the tile industry, and the facility will be managed in coordination with the company’s operations in Mexico. The project includes an integrated office, production, and warehouse building designed to support specialized manufacturing and distribution needs.

The building features a Butler® pre-engineered metal building system with a Butler roof, complemented by a combination of tilt-up concrete wall panels and insulated wall panels. T.W. Frierson self-performed both the concrete scope and the pre-engineered structure and steel erection, with approximately 44% of the project’s work completed by T.W. Frierson employees—reinforcing the company’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and hands-on execution.
